    The beds are sooooo comfortable. The staff is awesomely friendly. The price is worth a good night's sleep.

    It took them 30 minutes to get our room keys to work. After going back and forth to the front desk 5 times, the rep had the nerve to say we were not using the keys right. You lost major points!

    Don't sit in business room on 2nd floor unless you want to hear how absolutely profane the staff is. Disgusted!! No class!

    The staff here clearly do not know what it means to make a reservation. If they did, they would not have given away the room we had reserved 4 days prior to coming here.
