Spencer SorrellNovember 20, 2019Nice property with good on-site dining and renovated rooms. Customer service however leaves much to be desired. Shady booking and room inventory practices from hourly associates and manager. 👎
THEY GET IT! Customer Service was FANTASTIC! ~ The employees actually seem happy and want to be there, After 43 Marriott stays this year, COS is the top of my favorite list!
