Excellent for a main meal or morning / afternoon tea - best place in Hahndorf for eating. Not cheap, but worth the experience re food & atmosphere. Large & varied within. Friendly staff. A "must" do.
BEST pancakes - not cheap, but worth it. Perfect when the weather's great to sit outside & watch the Port River. NB: abrupt 4pm close (don't go on a dolphin cruise 1st & expect them to still be open).
BEST buffet restaurant in Adelaide. Excellent-tasting food; a great range. No junk. Expensive & MUST pre-book - always busy! Only a handful of tables are by the window to view The Buffalo & surrounds.
Best place for pizza in all of SA! Old-fashioned style pizza. It's a "must-do" when in Victor Harbor. Not cheap & a tad slow (they're so popular, thus busy!) Make sure to top off the meal with gelati.
Lovely atmosphere - window views, wood architecture throughout. Great food - schnitzels, German hot dog, etc. Plate so full, you won't need dessert. But steps/stairs - an issue for people with needs.
On The Esplanade. Nice on a lovely day for fish & chips, or an ice cream when going for a drive along the beach. Often very busy - one of the best kiosk's around. They also have some Dutch foods.
