Little hole in the wall, very reasonably priced and incredibly friendly staff. Went an hour after they closed, soaked and miserable from a storm and their warm tea really hit the spot!

The protein pancake sandwich with turkey sausage is surprisingly good.
Great healthy options including almond milk for my latte & protein pancakes!- try cappuccino chill with caramel or mocha; they have sugar free options as well.
