CoCo Key is an affordable alternative to major theme parks who have been raising admission prices in recent years. While a hotel stay includes free water park tickets, you can buy them separately.

High ratio of life guards, nice staff, lots of shaded sitting areas, lots of areas to sit/lounge, free parking. We prefer over Wet & Wild and Aquatica for younger kids. Great slides & pools! FUN!!

Coco is 70's Howard Johnson style--updated and comfortable. Good mattresses. The resort fee ($26) gets you passes into the water park. Water park is extensive--definitely enough for kids seeking fun.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday here and they really went above an beyond even decorated her room! Both kids had a blast!!

Great place to take the kids on vacation affordable and keeps the kids busy and satisfied if you can’t do a 2 day Disney park excursion.

The amenities available as a guest are great. Tickets for local attractions was a good idea but pricey compared to other discount ticket locations off of I-drive. The private pool was often dirty.

My only complaint is that the pool towels are very small and pretty worthless, bring your own beach towels.

Tameka at breakfast is awesome! Actually all the staff is great! I had fun at the pool, waterpark, great breakfast. Just a very nice stay.

Make sure to check out the karaoke shows on the weekend. Great for the kids to sing because let's be honest, where else can they go to sing karaoke?

Ideal for the whole family. Have fun with the kids at the hotel's canopy covered and outdoor water park which features fun slides and rides.

Awesome time!! My 2 toddlers had a blast in the pools! Cleaning staff is very flexible. All the staff very nice and friendly

My kids loved it here. Heated pools and a jacuzzi and they love the slides! Great for all ages!

Make sure the water park is open. They won't otherwise tell you if it's closed due to maint or weather. With NO water attraction, there are better/cheaper choices around. WITH water, highly recommend.

Ask for a room in the tower. Rooms are great and there is no noise from the water park or the karaoke.

Beware: they close the water park Monday through Wednesday all winter (and on days w/ temps below 65 degrees)

It is just ok here. Room stinks, literally. The water park was good for kids. Water slides and all types of water things to play with.

Call ahead and make sure they have toilet paper. Our room didnt, and it took several hours for them to get us some. They said their shipment was delayed. Other than that, we loved it. Kids enjoyed

Not a Resort, room are at best average. Water park is good for one days entertainment. Stay at a nicer resort and go to one of the local water parks. Not impressed.

Waterpark is fab-front desk is terrible. Put us in smaller room & had to show reservation to get moved. Been waiting over 2 hrs for extra towels. Wouldn't stay longer than a day or so because of this!
