The food is so flavorful and delicious! I had the shepherd's pie, and it was the best I ever had. I had the purple bulldog martini. One of the best martinis I ever had. Portions are huge, worth the $.

The Beef and Ale pie was more than enough for me. It helped that I had the daily cask ale to help wash it down. Would come again!

Popped in for drinks on our way downtown and were met by some of the friendliest bartenders in the city. Even offered to let me use his phone charger. Deviled eggs hit the spot too!

The chicken pot pie was delicious. It was deluxe comfort food. The staff was friendly and three pub is comfortable. And the beer is great, also.

Popular with the after work crowd. A great place to have one or two and then move along. It feels a little uncomfortable and stuffy if you're here much longer.

The grilled chicken salad is very good and a big portion. Sliders are delish. However, they said the sliders came with fries but charged them separately, that was a bit of a disappointment.

Ended up getting a fried oyster po boy. Not on the regular menu. It was on a thick baguette piece which was nice. Not a traditional po boy but still tasty. Good fish n'chips. Bit pricey.

Get a pot pie and a mac and cheese for your table to share! Also if you get the chicken pot pie, ask for less blue cheese- it can be overpowering.

St. George's Day is this Tuesday and Cock & Bull will be celebrating all day. Beer and cocktail specials. Roast Beef with Yorkshire pudding. YUM!

Food was really good! Mac & cheese, bangers & mash, and fish & chips. Nice second floor with large table if you have a group.

Great food and good service. Bar is populated by yuppie suits which is annoying, but otherwise no complaints. Order the bone marrow.

Try the Purple Bulldog to get the most liquor bang for your buck. Avoid the Strawberry Tequila Fields, it's weak and not flavorful

To Sarah's comment: Consider other restaurants in the area and this is one of the cheaper eats. Bacon wrapped meatloaf & they got bagpipers to play happy bday.

Great option in the midtown wasteland- pretty authentic British pub atmosphere and decent menu. Worth checking out.

Little pricey hower cant fault the food and they even have a "selection" of proper beers (English ales) which consists of London Pride and a couple of IPAs
