The pho here is very good, if pricier than Chinatown. The broth is very fragrant and fresh tasting, and I doubt they use MSG (if you're afraid of that sort of thing). Add beef balls to your pho, FTW.
Great weekend brunch deal with unlmtd drinks! Waiter was super nice and made sure drinks were always at hand. Enjoyed the combo B pho and traditional bahn mi. Wasn't too packed either. I'd recommend.
Don't miss the banh uot thit nuong: It's a jumble of succulent grilled pork, bouncy Vietnamese ham, cucumbers, fried shallots, herbs, and cool, thick rice noodles. Read more
The pho that I tried here is pretty big and good. I would say it is better then Chinatown but it is a bit pricey and their lunch ends at 2pm which is kinda silly. It should be cheaper during lunch...
The sandwich with the grilled chicken was delicious! And the Co Ba champagne. And the veggie summer roll (that was 4th on the appetizer menu). EAT HERE!
Fresh and good, but not as funky & flavorful as banh mi or pho served up in Asian neighborhoods/countries. Seems toned down for the uptown Chelsea crowd.
Delicious banh mi chay! Lemongrass tofu & mushrooms w/ all those delicious tangy marinated veggies. Sizable sandwich portion when delivered. And quick!
The pho bo here is ok. Noodles were good, broth lacked depth, beef was overcooked. Service was friendly and environment was comfortable. I'll try Banh Mi next time.
