I love this gym! The staff are crazy nice & the equipment is relatively new. Just beware - recently, there have been some car break-ins so make sure you stash any valuables out of site B4 you arrive!
Best tip I can give: Buy a lock! Stop being cheap! Tired of opening lockers and seeing someone's dirty drawers. Peace.- Talk to the trainers!! You get one free assessment and session! Talk to lewis, I've never had a workout that effective!
Always space in the gym to work out. If you talk nice to the Trainers, they will take you outside to work out!
You get what you pay for - machines that get the job done. Go in the morning when it's less crowded.

To the HUGE fat guy in the locker room that never works out, but is always naked: you are gross and creepy as hell! Shower at home! Yes, I will say this to your face.
Do steroids make people forget to wipe down the equipment they're finished? I think so.
Come during the day if you've got the time. It's hardly busy at all.
Call and confirm before showing up at 8 with the kids, child care worker still not here and it's 830. Supposed to open at 8.- Come in the afternoons, very few people here this time of day!
