I've been here twice and have gotten very quick ER services by a friendly, competent staff. Two of the best ER experiences I've had
Dont eat in the cafeteria the prices are crazy! You can eat just as easily at Panera, Einsteins or any of a number of places, its not just a little $$ it is obscenely expensive
6 hours later and still waiting to be transferred to a real hospital. Just great for a failing heart! Very annoyed!

Unless you have a bullet lodged in your brain don't come here. Worst hospital in the greater Cleveland area.
