This place is really good. You can eat all the Turkish dishes, good price and kind waiters. It's a self service restaurant; you choose what you want and they will bring you all the food. Cool!
I was a bit disappointed after haivng tried ciya kebab but I was still curios about trying ciya sofrasi. This time it was perfect! Great meze choice, honest price for meze del service buffet. Great!
no doubt the best kebap i ever had, food here is amazing and so is the hectic yet charming atmosfere. also i admire the stuff that manages to stay attentive to each guest despite all this huge crowd
If you really want to taste turkish & anatolian and middle east cuisine at the same time then it's the perfect spot. Prefer hot dishes and salad bar rather than jumping to kebabs in the first place ;)
The best place to eat in the whole city! We lived in the Asian part and went every day to Ciya. Simply amazing food and kebabs. Absolutely love! The first place I’ll come when I’m in Istanbul again
Get a few small portions of the traditional recipes and basically everything in the mezebar. Might be a bit touristy now bc of the press but it's still the food I think about most in all the world.
My favourite Ottoman style restaurant. Really love the zaater tea and ma’amoul (kerebiç) - it’s beyond delicious. The price to quality ratio is great. The service is very friendly
7,5/10 Solid and delicious Turkish food on the Asian side of Istanbul. Worth a trip! The food is displayed at the entrance and you choose what you’d like to eat. No alcohol.
Kadikoyumun vazgecilmezi. Essiz anadolu lezzetleri ve super servis. A must see taste point for visitors in Kadikoy. Try mixed plate of cold dishes and any Anatolian food.
Best Turkish restaurant in Istanbul. Everything was amazing from the kebbah to the stuffed cabbage leaves to the kebaps and stews. Best to sit outside.
Really beautiful & special tastes of Turkish kitchen. Yes, the price is a little bit expensive, but you should try at least once. Definitely should try lor peynirli sarma. Not recommend katmer.
You have to come if u really wanna taste ottoman cusine! Try to karadut şerbet also make sure to order junior portion with lots of kind. Helpyourself salad bar and enjoy athmosphere.
Fascinating and diverse Turkish cuisine. The menu descriptions aren't terribly helpful but all the surprises were good! Check their website for some photos of the entrees and try the pumpkindessert.

Eat at this internationally-renowned turkish restaurant after a walk in the most charming asian-side fish market - bubbling with şarküteris, dried fruit, tea&coffee stores, bakeries and baklava stores
The best dinner we had in Istanbul! Ask the chef to send over tastes of his/her favorite items (s/he'll probably send you the whole menu) and it'll still cost under $90usd.

Definitely one of my highlights from my stay in Istanbul. Everything was delicious - from the hot dishes to the salads - and mostly unlike what I thought Turkish food was supposed to be. A delight..
Ayıp ya! The food was prepared since morning and was served cold. Veggies in lamp were burned, sauce in mumbar was only water and you couldn't chew the intestine. Food tasteless. Why is it still open?
Galye (something with chestnut and quince) and humus was extraordinary.lahmacun and doner don't worth trying here.but seasonal starters definately deserve 👏 prices are ok..
Try the traditional Turkish peasant foods. Really delicious salads, soups and desserts. In particular, the red lentil soup. Order dessert and be surprised at what you will be offered! Read more
This place is best known for the sublime dishes it serves in its sister restaurant across the street, but Çiya is also one of Istanbul's finest kebab-makers.
