- Going for the salad bar? Check out the pre-packed chef salads. Only $6.99 and it's more than one person could eat. Made fresh daily, in the cold case opposite the salad bar.
- Great selection of organic food, gluten free food, wine, beer, cheese, meat
- People say it's expensive here, but it's really not bad. Come on Thursdays to find Cabot cheese for $2/brick. Oh, p.s. -- they have the 12 flavor gummy bears in bulk. :)

- If you buy a local loaf of bread and want it sliced they have a bread slicer at the deli and are happy to do so for you!

- Try the ice coffee, best in Burlington. Also try Kung Fu girl white wine it's amazing and not many places sell it.

- Bagel sandwiches for $4.99 -- very delicious! I like the Firehouse with jalapeños.
