Tony XerriJanuary 30, 2013This gym is all sorts of amazing. They even have a huge space dedicated to Crossfit. Pool is clean, and it's never packed. You'll see a lot of bodybuilding legends here every once in a while as well!

This is truly the gym to go to. LVAC, Gold's and other gyms don't compare to the atmosphere, the value, and the friendliness of the people here. You always find a machine/weights available. Great club because it isn't over crowded, has plenty of great equipment and the employees are all nice!
The people here and the environment makes me want to do better. That's why I love this gym.- Gym is great. Location is awesome. Equipment great, atmosphere great.
- Amy's Zumba class @ 9am on Tuesdays & Thursdays is awesome. Very high energy.
