The changing of the guard is a marvelous ceremony. Much history plays out in the ceremony and the name is excellent.

If you want the best view from Quebec, go the Parc du Bastion de la Reine. There's no need to visit the disappointing Citadelle

Beautiful views of the city, but horrible tour guides - Not informative and annoying demeanor. Not worth the time for the tour. Museum is well done, especially on WW1.
