    Happy hour has $2 off most drinks and some appetizer deals... decent selection of draft beers and friendly staff!!!! Doesn't feel like a hotel restaurant, which is quite nice (separate entry helps).

    I didn't think this place was very good, and I kept scratching my head trying to figure out why the framed news clipping in the elevator said it was a top place in DC. The breakfast is horrible!
