Vegetarian here: A neighborhood staple. Great food, never disappoints with any of the breakfast items or any of the vegetarian sandwiches. The juices are great, and the coffee is really good.
The chicken panini was the bomb :) Avocado, bacon, swiss, arugulua, tomato on ciabatta. Big enough for 2 meals, all for $6.95. I can't wait to come back & try more things here!
BLT is good, but the thing you'll remember about this place is the shittyness of the self absorbed conversations you hear while you wait for it (Or you won't hear any cuz your having one)
In just four years this casualcafe with a boho vibe has become a neighborhood institution. The rosemary BLT is the way to go. Some of the day’s pastries are only $1.50 after 5 p.m.
Absolutely great place for a delicious breakfast, brunch or lunch! Great coffee drinks and awesome baked goods are the highlights here. Be forewarned: hot food will take a while.
Expect to wait maybe fifteen minutes, but worth it, the BLT is a must, along with their chicken paninis. Place is small and crowded, so don't expect to be able to eat in. Expensive but worth it.
Blt petty much lives up to the hype. They don't skimp on the b which is the most important quality of a good blt for me. currysweet potato soup and vegetariancollards were both pretty lack luster.
Ted Allen, of Food Network's The Best Thing I Ever Ate, recommends Choice Market, a neighborhood institution serving an awesome BLT with RosemaryMayonnaise. Find more tips at FN Local. Read more
The roast pork sandwich has such complex flavors, layers, and textures. The cabbage is crunchy and the jalapeno adds a little heat at the end. I'm quite fond.
If you're getting food to go, call it in ahead of time so you can cut to the front of the line when you get there. It gets ridiculously busy on wknds & when Pratt is in session.
