A cozy little bakery/café that serves coffee from La Colombe Torrefaction. Don't sleep on the financiers (bite-sized French cakes).

They serve La Colombe (a huge plus) and have agave for sweetness. And of course, simply the best french-style bread in the Hoboken/JC area- A cup of coffee and chocolate croissant from Choc O Pain is the perfect start for your morning walk to the PATH station.

So far as I can tell, this is the best coffee in the neighborhood. And the pastries are some of the best I've ever had.
Lovely cafe, never too crowded so you'll find seating. Wifi and lattes, what's not to love!

Without exaggeration, the best almond croissants anywhere including Manhattan.
Ask if they have kouign amman (pronounced "queen-y-ah-mon"). Get it if they do.

The chocolate bread pudding is a must-have. Simple, smooth and easy to digest, very chocolaty but not too intense.
Free, dependable Wi-Fi, and amazing desserts with quality coffee. This place is great.
Top notch addiction-inducing French-style bakery. Not cheap but so worth it.

The coffee is absolutely terrible. Get your favorite pastry and head over to Dames on Jersey/3rd for some real coffee.

John PerezJune 9, 20131st time here...coffee is fine but my girl and I prefer Dames coffee on Jersey Ave. We had the iced latte and cappucino. Food was served less than warm.
Buy a loaf of bread, go home, and make the most delicious French toast!
Love the pastries but the coffees are a bit hit and miss.
