Since 1997, michel cluizel is searching for the remarkable plantations in the renowned cocoa-producing countries.
This approache allowed him:
To find the best cocoa beans in the world
To establish, fair and long term relations with the planters
To ensure the best traceability and achieve an unsurpassed quality.
From these criteria were born the "1ers crus de plantation" chocolates to be enjoyed and compared like fines wines.

The Minigrams of Chocolate‏

These fine chocolates made in our workshops from selected cocoas can be used to prepare unrivalled desserts or a real old-style hot chocolate. These mini-drops of chocolate take the place of the traditional chocolate-bloc thanks to a more modern way of use.

The 'Ecrins' Boxes‏
The chocolate'bonbons' which compose these'ecrins' boxes are elaborated with a minimum of sugar for a maximum of flavour. An accurate fruit selection enables us to obtain the best quality.
Manufactured in our workshops, these chocolates are guaranteed: without added flavors, without soy lecithin and without any added vegetable fats (other than cocoa butter)
