Midway Airport has the best selection of food options of any U.S. airport IMHO.

I love this place because it's less crowded than O'hare. But the lack of free wifi is incredibly frustrating :(
Watch the security lanes before you commit to one. The middle and outer lanes usually go overlooked so they're the fastest.

Gold Coast Dogs isn’t just for hotdogs. They have decent breakfast sandwiches, too.- Wipe off seat before you sit. Some cultures finds it perfectly acceptable to put their feet in seats.
Pull up Uber and drop your pin right outside the airport. Then call your driver to pick you up at arrivals.

Richie MF SanchezJune 2, 2014Check in 3 hours early for your domestic flights because apparently according to a TSA employee (since they are so short-handed) "it usually takes people 2 hours to get through security." Really!?

No need to throw out that empty water bottle - use this refilling station near the food court!
There is a new rental car center. The rental companies are now all in one building. Catch the shuttle outside!

DoubleTree by HiltonSeptember 27, 2011Early bird gets the legroom. Travel as early in the day as possible to avoid crowds and getting bumped by passengers who got bumped or cancelled earlier in the day.
Use the curb side check in if you're here around 4:30, as the line is way shorter since the ticket counters don't open until then, to avoid the long lines inside.

Pegsus on the fly have a wonderful sausage wrap with cooked onion inside. Good enough to eat on each leg of the trip.
Refill your water bottle after security! In the main food court, head to Illinois Bar and Grill. Turn left towards bathrooms and drinking fountains are on your left

Choose this airport over ORD every time. Smaller, no constant gate changes, and you can walk straight to car rental!

Gannon HesterJune 2, 2011Frontier is great! Upgrade your seat to stretch seating! It's only 20 bucks and makes a huge difference. Plus you get to board first!
If you use the electronic boarding pass please note midway isn't always prepared for it as they have only 1 or 2 scanners. One is always In priority so instead of waiting in lone just go over.
