- Séverine Van OphemOctober 3, 2014The common areas are really modern but the rooms are a bit more retro. The hotel personal is always ready to help you. The location of the hotel is also a positive point! I'll definitely go back!
- Judit BirckSeptember 2, 2013Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Great location - nice bars and restaurants in this area and CN Tower is only 26 min walk. There is a gym a nice sauna and two (small not for swim) pool on the top.
- Kevin RickertAugust 16, 2016Massive Hotel. Not far off Yonge & Dundas and Eaton Centre, not my favorite location in TO but it'll do. Rooms are nice. It does get crowded going through the lobby, very busy hotel.
- Rana NosratiAugust 3, 2015great location(right in the middle of downtown and very close to eaton centre)but very slow wifi!! and you could almost hear everything through the walls so not good for light sleepers!
- Salim BamakhramaFebruary 21, 2019There is a tiny coffee shop in front of the hotel on Gerrard that makes killer cappuccino @hailedcoffee
- Daniele PieroniSeptember 11, 2017It's a huge hotel and a little bit dated, but in a good position plus it's great for family, they have two pools and several kid's friendly amenities.
- A centrally located hotel near the downtown area, near plenty of late night eating shops and public transportation. It’s simple accommodations.
- Russell HarrisonJune 20Toronto largest hotel, with two smallish pools, but kids will love the slide on the second floor. The rooms are a little dated, but there is a rolling up grading.
- Aziz JohAugust 27, 2014This hotel is a cross of my place. When my friend come to visit he stayed over. Really nice hotel and try there best to be a green hotel
- Rachel AlcornOctober 13, 2018Great location. Rooms are dated and don't have some basics (mini fridge, mugs etc)
- Melissa BurgessMay 21, 2015The rooms are dated and the bathrooms are small, but this isn't a bad hotel. Its location is great, within walking distance of the Eaton Centre and Yonge-Dundas Square.
- Pool, Gym, Hot Tub, balconies, restaurants and in the heart of Toronto. Great Hotel
- Karen BirssAugust 3, 2013Show your room card when visiting attractions and most of them give you huge discounts...ROM and Casa Loma to name a few.
- Shane StorieAugust 5, 2015Great location in the city. Clean lobby but the rest is a little outdated. Swimming pool had mildew and dirty grout. Bathrooms were very small. It wasn't a horrible stay, but I won't be staying again.
- Edgar OngJuly 30, 2013If you're asking for directions from Lillian at the concierge desk, please double check them. I had to go to the island airport ferry. When I got to the ferry, I was told I was in the wrong location.
- Basic, but good Hotel. Free wifi, clean and you can open the windows completely.
- Amazing location with wonderful services, unfortunately our room severely lacked in hot water though.
- MariekeMay 14, 2016Location is good and rooms have been recently renovated. If you're looking for small boutique hotel. Don't go, this place is huuuuge! Hotel with most hotel rooms in Canada.
- Samar HamdanJanuary 3, 2017Good free wifi in the room without password. Friendly staff . Good location
- Samar HamdanJanuary 3, 2017The only comment I have is that you have to wait a bit for the elevator to come
- Nichole PhilpotJuly 19, 2013The location is great. And, that's the nice thing I'm going to say about this hotel.
- Paul MacKinnonSeptember 3, 2014TIFF forced me into this one. The bathroom is so small that the door only half opens and room is dated. Wi-Fi signal is strong though...
- MandiAugust 13, 2016Wi-fi did not work during my stay and did not get fixed even after contacting reception. This is a big con esp. for someone traveling from overseas, wouldn't have chosen this hotel if I knew
- 🎈Su🎈✈🌍 🍉🌈♋uçan balonOctober 18, 2014Food rest.at loby is fine..relax..free wifi..sit nearby the window.garden view.pratic food..varity is ok
- Mitchell KesslerAugust 15, 2015A bit pricey, and not really worth it. Was $285 a night on the weekend for two bedroom which didn't even have a fridge! Would go somewhere else next time.
- Alyssa GuoNovember 3, 2014It's a very nice hotel but seriously trying to rip off its guests. No minibar and forces guests to order drinks via room service, which is mandatory 4 dollar fee and gratuity on top. Not classy
- Markus KJuly 19, 2014Won't come back in these rooms. Wallpapers are ripped off and had already their best days
- Agneishca ShimanskiAugust 28, 2017Very busy hotel with impolite concierge..wouldn't recommend at all
- Laura M.April 10, 2016Honestly was a horrible stay. You an hear EVERYTHING in the hallways. All we heard all night was drunken fighting. We won't be staying again.
- Only the location is good. Furthermore it is overpriced, impersonal, big, grimy and unhelpful. Don't go!
- Rafael SAugust 27, 2017Concierge not helpfull at all. Tells you to a get What you ask for yourself. 10 mins wait time for elevator.
