Very good location of hotel. High quality service and staffs. Big choice of food in breakfast and very tasty dishes at Chain restaurant. And the most beautiful it is view on the city from your room😍

Excellent location, great river views especially at night! Easy access to the main transport hub. Extensive breakfast buffet. Cocktails by the pool are expensive - go to the 7/11 and make your own

Excellent river view .Keep your curtains open after 6pm. Free boat shuttle to the metro station every 20mins till 11:30pm everyday. Breakfast is yummy but same everyday. Too much traffic to this hotel

Beautiful hotel with huge rooms! Good waterfront location with free boat shuttle up river to Taksin bridge where you can grab the sky train.

You can travel by nice boat provided by Chatrium Riverside to go to the nearest port, so you can change the boat to go somewhere through the river or by BTS skytrain to the centre of city.

Well, the River view grand suite is lush and cheap. But don't expect towels (we've requested them three times since checking in five hours ago). Service at the pool bar is dismal.

Call reception for a taxi. Don't wait downstairs as it can take a while for any taxis to come through.

Has nice view to the river and taksin bridge, provide a free chatrium boat to the near port and can change to skytrain. Shrewsburry intl school located in front of apartment.

Lifts, lobby and breakfast restaurant is too crowded. Rooms are big, but worn down and smelly. Pool needs a good scrub to get rid of the algae. Staff is trying to please you. Not coming back again 🙁
