Our meal at Charcoal Restaurant was amazing. The bacon wrapped dates are so good and the Gravlax was excellent, but the Alamosa Striped Bass is one of the best plates I've been served in Colorado.
A very talented bartender makes some delicious cocktails here. Try one! Their grilled salmon and NY strip steak are also delish.
