The Stamina Spicy Ramen will be the highlight of your excellent meal here. This fiery ramen is topped with sliced pork, scallion, garlic, ginger, and a poached egg in a delicious miso broth.
We got the Vagabond and The Cure. Delicious. The cure is more of a sweet drink but delicious either way. Good amt also and we sat outside since it was a comfy night out

Overall not my favorite ramen in DC but was happy with the service. The rameneggs were just poached and very yolky. Got the duckramen; not bad. Pork belly was delish. No corn or or sprouts.
Hip spot that's a little loud but fun vibe. Lazaretto was great, as were the dumplings, pork buns, chicken Katszu and ramen. Only thing we didn't like was "the cure."

Miso Ramen is exceptional! I also had veggiewontons; tasty, fresh, njam njam! Friendly service and a long list of cocktails to chose! See you next time!
I like the bar and the ramen is exceptional. However, Chaplin's is still searching for an identity. Prohibition bar? Ramen place? Sort of a hip-hop vibe? It's all three.
Spicy ramen was my preference, couldn't finish it all, since it's too spicy, but would not change my mind for another one. Chaplin ramen for people who doesn't like spicy is good.
One of the top ramen places in DC, minus the fuss of the Chaplin theme and over staffed subpar service. Servers often seem more interested in socializing w each other rather than servicing patrons.
