Ootoya is called "O-To-Ya" and it is quite alright not too crowded here. Quality is superb but Sashimi is seasonal.... Check it out from the waiter/waitress before ordering.
Avoid this bridge during any traditional celebration...Full house esp cars slow down to observe these firework celebration.
Although the bldg is old, maintenance is superb...especially parking lot is reserved.
