love this place. the chinese sausage will change your life. drunken spicy shrimp, pork buns, and the garlic rice are also musts. Do it.
good vibe and good food. saw this place getting built for over a year when I lived in this hood so reason enough to wanna try it.
If you are fortunate enough to land one of the handful of tables, do it. Have only been for lunch but would give me left arm to eat dinner here.

Top Chef #1 Harold Dieterle's newest spot. everything is spicy as can be, but if that's your bag you can't go wrong. Sit at the counter and watch Harold do his thing.
restaurant is great if you want to deal with the shit show. better off just getting a few tacos (my favorite is the pescado) and a horchata.
my favorite sushi spot downtown and probably in all of manhattan below the fancy tier. a little pricey, but the sashimi slices are large and in charge and will melt in your mouth.
farm to table Chinese from the former frontman at shun lee and a bunch of chinatown cooks. tastes as good as it sounds.
Small restaurant, but if you are lucky enough to snag a table, the brunch is excellent. Dinner good too.
Branzino is always good and one of the few places I will actually order the chicken. One of my favorite go-to restaurants in the west village.
