The southern chicken and waffle dish that I ordered was very well done and you could feel that it was freshly made. The staff members were great too.

One of the best hotel breakfast buffets we've found anywhere. Don't miss the concoction of eggs, chorizo, cheese and tortillas. It's delicious!

Have never been disappointed with the breakfast and lunch buffets. Faves are the made to order omelets and fajitas.

Not good. We ordered the huevos rancheros and the brisket hash. Poached eggs were hard, potatoes undercooked, hollaindaise was broken butter. Not sure if the c-team cooks Monday morning but gross.
