Intimate setting with an attentive staff, but the real winner are the wine/cheese list and small bites made in the tiniest of a "kitchen" I've ever seen. Truly a Hell's Kitchen hidden gem.
I have this endearing (or annoying) need to try Mac and cheese anywhere I see it on the menu, it rocks here, and start with the crostini- fab selection of wines , great catch up spot with friends!
Pig's Ass sandwich! Waiters are knowledgeable about wine: ours recommended an wonderful Malbec that we loved so much, we ended up buying a whole case later!
Great but really great neighborhood wine bar. Superb wine menu and out of this world cheese selection. Cozy, friendly and full of with nice people. Amazing service quality is a plus
Casellula Cheese & Wine Cafe is a gem in HK! The staff is friendly, welcoming & they know wine! They're always helpful about what you want to drink. I've never eaten the food, but it looks delicious!
Absolutely fantastic. The best sandwich I've ever tasted, followed by the best Mac and Cheese ever, and the Grand Finale: Chocolate Cake like no other! Plus the ambience and staff: perfect!
Must-Haves: Domestic Darlings cheese flight, chistorras in a blanket, stuffed Peppadew peppers, endive salad, goose breast reuben, mac and cheese, goat cheese hazelnut truffles

Casellula can only be described as a place I'd only take my favorite people. The staff is superlative, the food is incredible and the wines are a cost/value equation. Love, love, love.
“One of the best cheese-centric wine bars in the city. I usually order a bottle or two, a large cheese board, and the must-have Pig’s Ass Sandwich.” - Edouardo Jordan, chef/owner of Salare in Seattle Read more
Their food has so much thinking and working done before it ends up front of you. Handmade and surprising combinations. Yes, lot of big words and this place is worth of all the praise.
Wine goes without saying, and of course the cheese is excellent - but the rest of the food is great too. One of the best and most chill wine bars in the city.
+1 for the Pig's Ass Sandwhich. The aioli is simply wonderful! The cheeses come with really ingenious flavor combos with a lot of layers. These guys are craftsmen!
Amazing selection of wines and wonderful small plates, including cheese flights. Wonderful atmosphere and super friendly staff! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Get the pig's ass sandwich. Thrown off by the name? Don't be. Fiscalini cheddar, fol epi, pickles, and chipotle aioli. Think of it as a really good twist on a cuban sandwich.
Casellula offers a huge selection of fromage to pair with their varied wine list. There are a few curated tasting boards, but mix-and-match is the way to go.
Pig's Ass Sandwich: Thin shavings of Fiscalini Cheddar, nutty Fol Epi, and, er, pig's ass, with house-made bread and butter pickles whose bright crunch lightens each bite. Read more
Each cheese comes with its own special garnish; everything from apple chutney to cardamom popcorn. Let Demetri choose your flight of cheeses and settle in with a glass of wine.
Unique accompaniments, fantastic selection with choices I don't usually see (chance to try new cheese!) and the servers are as sweet as pie. Chocolate with a bleu? Never knew til here.
When you visit this place you must get the pig ass sandwich. The cheese list is one of the best and open late night for after work snacks. -Ed Cotton, Top Chef
This place is my jam. They carefully pair their cheese with a variety of accompaniments. No boring quince paste here. The restaurant is really tiny and tables are reserved for those ordering food.
The pig's ass sandwich is ridiculously delicious - once you get past the unappetizing name. Think of it as an upscale Cuban with pork shoulder and no ham.
