If you enjoy watching the back house action ask for a table with a kitchen view. Food is great. Fresh flavours. Great service. We had the fusilli burrata , gnocchi and prime rib. All were delicious
This is a great high end Italian restaurant. Fish dishes are great and so is any Pasta. Marie's light menu is solid choice for quick lunch. This was a chocolate salami dessert. Ridiculous.
I lived in Rome for 4 years. The menu options at Casa Luca in D.C. remind me so much of Rome!!! A must try if you're in DC and you have a taste for authentic Italian cuisine!
My faves: fried olives, spreadable sausage, pickled vegetables, meatballs, fried squash blossoms. Entrees: try the daily polenta. Save room for the coffee cake dessert.

2 Out Of three? Ravioli was good imo. Our bruschetta had plastic wrap in it. Salad of potato not so impressive. Beets were okay. One of their desserts were great. Two other desserts were mediocre.
