Fantastic place for a cocktail. Try the strawberry jalapeño tequila marg. View is lovely so are the soaring ceilings and the live music is always nice.

Favorite hotel on the westside of Los Angeles for the following reasons: great lobby bar, rooftop is perfect for smoking, and lobby pianist plays Mingus if you ask.

Love Casa Del Mar. Right on the Ocean with the best bar view of the beach and the ferris wheel at Santa Monica Pier. Great for drinks and to watch the sunset.

Make sure to lounge around and have drinks around the fire place! Cool ambience if you are into sophisticated hotels...they close at 2:00 for the public! :D

Spa is amazing although ladies changing area a bit small. About the size of a home bathroom. Excellent service makes up for it.
