All of the shwarmas are awesome. My favorite things are the Egyptian hawawshi and the falafel and hummus platter. My favorite restaurant by far! Adeus, Afrah, and Adil are all great servers as well
Every dish we tried was incredible! There aren't many places you can say that. Try the sauce in the yellow bottle. It's a pickledmango chutney kind of thing that tastes really good.
The best falafel we’ve ever tasted. Pita, honey tea and hummus were delicious too. We asked for some sliced cucumbers to dip in the hummus, and added a slice of lemon to the tea, tastes even better.
Had to stop from my appetizer combo to say that you need to order the tea (hot and cold, start off with one or the other), get the sampler. For real, this place is delicious! (#outoftowners & #locals)
Everything here is great. Personal faves include the cold tea, shawarma, grape leaves, & falafel, but its all well prepared and delicious. Family owned, great staff, and you can buy the oil and tea.
The atmosphere is great for a date of catching up with friends! The beef and lamb shawarma is the best thing on the menu! Messy but authentic, flavorful, and delicious!
The tea is incredible and refills are free! I had #38 mixed and it was on point! The owner is so nice and sent me home with a hot tea to go(16oz). Maybe not good if you're in a rush.
Amir, the owner, is super nice! Try the lemonade, it has honey and other spices in it. For entrees, the Holy Land Shish Kabob is perfect. Try it with the un-spicy sauce for added mouth-watering bliss.
Easily the best Mediteranian food I've ever had, not just the best in Memphis. Try the Falafel or Humus platters as entres, and follow it up with the Couscous or Shwarma with Lamb!
Big Mac Falafel is fantastic along with a cold glass of their signature sweet tea which you can also buy and make at home. The olive oil is a great deal much cheaper than at the grocery and better.
To say I'm a fan of Casablanca is perhaps the most understated understatement of a decade! Sure parking sucks! But there can be no fault once you get in the doors. I love the staff.
Casa Blanca is a weekly favorite. Start your meal with the 'Simple Favorite' dip. Favorite entrees of mine are the Couscous or Hummus with Shawerma. You will not be disappointed.
Supper friendly and now that we know each other .... It's almost like I'm eating at a family member's kitchen table. The best sweet tea north of my MawMaw's Sun sweet teapitcher.
