Get the #2 cheese enchilada with a green chile corn tamale. The bean and potato burro is amaze too!! Side of sauce a must. Call ahead to avoid the inevitable wait, this place is always busy.

The green chili chicken, green chili macha were wonderful. Those huge, huge flour tortillas are dumb. I forgot to ask for regular size ones. We weren't making burritos. Client was happy. Thank you.

Always get a lot of hot sauce, it spicy and flavorful! Never get a whole burrito full of meat because they are hit are miss ! Stick to basics like tostadas, tacos, flautas, enchiladas,bean burritos!

Moderate hype alert here. Carolina's was good but not "wait in a long line" or "best in town" good. In fact, we're enchilada people and didn't find theirs to be particularly appealing.

Get a double-wrapped bean burrito plus rice, minus cheese and ask for a side of red enchilada sauce to dip it in. Don't forget the horchata!
