Lunch deal double Cali burger, fries and soda for 55rmb is really good value. Bun crispy on the edge, soft in the middle is perfect, good fries and overall very tasty. Polite staff and good atmosphere
Yeah, it's a copycat but I also dined at a New York copycat founded by NYU students in East Village a few years ago. It was a better approximation of the In-N-Out experience.
Honestly, I didn't like CaliBurger in the beginning, but they got really good. Milkshake is great with and without Bourbon, and get fresh Onions instead of grilled
Simple menu. No frills, no gimmicks, It's a burger joint, plain and simple. Fresh, fast food. CaliBurger stands out as a refreshing alternative in a city based on pretentious food. Nom! Nom! Bitches!
Tried all 3 types of burgers, finding the ones with cheese the closest to In-N-Out. Fries are of the McDonald's variety but taste good if you upgrade to the Wild Style for 20 RMB.
CaliBurger now serves fresh cut fries... Awesome upgrade. The Monday Night CaliBurger Girls Night is a good time, especially with their buy 1 get 1 free promotion.
Initially upset that its a copycat but now happy to have something similar to in n out here. Burgers taste similar except the patty here is small. Fries were on point before when they were fresh.
Obvious In-n-out rip off. Doesn't taste the same in all regards (fries obviously, meat, buns, sauce too though) but it doesn't taste bad. It's fine but just ethically dubious. And overpriced.
Very average burger, buns are even worse than McDonald. Fries are same as any average fast food. Over priced indeed, better go to munchies, Carl's Jr or any other burger restaurant.
Don't believe the obvious shill tips - place is distinctly average at best. Kudos for having fresh veg in burgers but otherwise overpriced & underwhelming. Munchies still the king of burgers. Go there
