my favorite restaurant in Amsterdam. never a bad meal, staff is the best. kitchen is right there. proper wine and drink. great for lunch with natural light or dinner without the biz suits everywhere

Eat-amsterdam.comJanuary 8, 2012Inspired use of a disused railway bridge. Go for a drink on the elevated walkway leading to the entrance or the seasonal French/Dutch food in the glass-clad restaurant.
Come early, get a table near the "IJ" river so you can watch the boats passing by.
Great location and atmosphere, friendly staff and great food and wines. Highly recommended.
Get the fish special with beurre blanc and order a glass of chilled Touraine Rouge. Be amazed.
