#1-Team SK's favorite version of the Empanada AROUND. Hand's DOWN! #2-Pandebono + Bunuelos. SO comforting! Both similar in flavor, but prepared differently (one's baked + one's fried: respectively)- The green sauce (aka "aji") goes well with EVERYTHING: empanadas, pandebonos, entrees. Its their universal sauce. Oh yeah, get some Columbiana soda while you're at it.. So good!
