Het ontbrak in Utrecht Oost nog aan een leuke eigentijdse plek waar je van ’s ochtends tot ’s avonds binnen kan lopen en zodra de zon schijnt van het terras kan genieten. Die plek is er nu en dat er behoefte aan is hebben we zeker gemerkt.
