Fried pickles are a great appetizer. Get the Ranch Hand with Onion Rings. The Brisket is amazing and the sauce has a sweet start and just the right kick on the back end. Come hungry.

Plano is lacking more places like these. Where it's just a small business trying to provide best food possible. I liked the burgers here for sure, decent dress up of the old JackInTheBox.

This place is a find!! Great food Bluez Burger and Ranch Hand Brisket were outstanding. This is not a fast food stop.
