Zii HammadApril 15, 2015Simple cocktails are made surprisingly well here, and I always encounter a nice bartender. The crowd is bearable unlike in most other places, and I've always found a place to sit. Rad spot.
emeFebruary 21, 2015My local go-to bar. Foosball table, properly curated jukebox, roomy, drink specials, all around affordable. This place is NEVER crowded, which makes it a solid spot.

A favorite dive in Alphabet City. Always quiet in the back. I hope it never closes!
Start with a trip to the jukebox for some Hold Steady and Demander. Then get yourself a gimlet and cozy up to the locals at the bar. This place is a neighborhood gold standard.
Great bartenders, good vibe, solid jukebox, cheap drinks, plus, my favorite, ridiculous movies on TV for ambiance? A++
I thought I was hearing things during happy hour when the bartender said my gin & tonic was $2.50. And it was quite strong, too.
