Excellent food and service. Just don't sit near the front door during winter if you can help it. Make a reservation and ask to not sit by the front door.
Do the weekend afternoon menu before 5 PM if you're not super hungry. Very good value. Same excellent entrées without all the side dishes.
No sales tax in Oregon, either. The winery is in Oregon.
