Get bacon for BLT, get the petite tenders, slice them 1 inch thick and grill to rare or med-rare, dry-aged steak is ridiculously good.
cranberry walnut rolls go well with coffee, baguette toasted for dinner, the Ciabatta bread to use for Heritage Meat Shop's bacon (BLT sandwich), chocolate croissants for a snack.
Ughhh.. What is not to like. Some recent fav's are 1) Queso del invierno, ascutney mountain, boucher blue, slyboro. Don't forget to grab a caramel too.
