- If you ever going to order Mac'n'Cheese, make it this place, it has truffle on it! The burrata was good, the gnocchi as well and the wine, exquisite (Pinot Nero). Loved the place and evrythng about it
- Def try the mushroom bruschetta and gnocchi. My fav local spot. I come once or twice a week because I love almost everything on the menu. Always meet nice people too :)
- Brenda ChiquitoAugust 9, 2015Prepare to share a table or to eat at the bar if you go by yourself. Anyway it's worth it. I had the Lobster risotto and the eggplant with goat cheese... I can't even tell which one was more delicious
- Alex RavenelJune 10, 2019Tiny, tiny, tiny. But great spot to drink a glass of wine and have a snack (or three). Excellent solo dining spot.
- Andreas KanakisApril 3, 2015One little gem in Hell's Kitchen that worth the visit. Really good food in a communal table that makes you listen to your neighbors conversation. Democratic coziness is a way to describe it.
- Tamara BennettJanuary 7, 2015Despite some of the bad reviews posted here about the service, I haven't seen a problem, and the food is great! I tend to come here for late night dinner, less crowded, & who really eats early in nyc!
- Great pasta (perhaps a little salty). Try the osso buco. Grilled octopus special wasn't that tender, but tasty. Asparagus with prosciutto and fried egg is worth trying. Decent house wines :)
- Edomia zaide BereheDecember 23, 2015Very tight but once you sit down you start zoning out the crown around you. Food speaks for itself and the staff are very passionate about what they do. They can pair anything with the perfect wine.
- SunainaJanuary 11, 2015This is one of the cutest wine bars I've been to. Come early to get a table. No reservations. Don't come just for drinks - try the lobster ravioli and oysters. Great selection of wine.
- JoOctober 25, 20151$ oysters, shrimp and artichoke skewers and clam linguine. Very cosy/intimate and great date place.
- Condé Nast TravelerAugust 19, 2016Perhaps NYC’s tiniest wine bar, Briciola serves amazing and affordable cicchetti (small bites) with Italian wine pairings, family style, at a long communal table and the bar. Read more
- Justin BartonJuly 4, 2013Intimate gem of a wine bar in HK. Close seating quarters, hip ambience. Truffle Mac & Cheese was good. Lobster risotto was better than expected. Decent wine list and reasonable prices. Enjoy!
- Pro-tip: If there is no seating (as there often is), go across the street to Aria---it's owned by the same people and it's the same menu.
- Cole KennedyDecember 16, 2016Cute, cozy spot that's not as bad as you'd expect being so close to Times Square, but it is so tiny. Don't come with a group.
- Kelly🖤 DB®November 7, 2016Such a great place! Nice pasta, fantastic wine. You feel like a real New Yorker! And great staff!
- Dom WongJanuary 5, 2015great value...fantastic selection of wines...dessert is amaZing...try the choc pudding or ricotta cheesecake
- Mitra SalaselJanuary 8, 2016Go with someone willing to share several small plates so you can taste many of their all awesome items--lamb is a fantastic deal
- StefanieOctober 11, 2014Cozy little wine bar with a single communal table. Cool vibe, good pastas. Love the rose prosecco.
- Nidhi KayJanuary 27, 2019The bar, ambience is super nice, but the black truffle gnocchi was too cheesy and tagliatelle bolognese didn’t have much meat in it more tomato sauce, still tasted good but wasn’t amazing
- Stacy PaydoDecember 28, 2014My favorite yummy wine.. only found here. Served with comfort Italian small plates. Cozy spot
- Dounia Alexandra NassarAugust 27, 2015Very intimate and nice place. Great for date night. I had the gnocchi truffles. Delicious!!
- Mai MeesuwanJanuary 17, 2015$1 oysters the size if my fist + great wine selection and amazing tiramisu. Truly a gem. This is my sanctuary after a long day of work.
- Jim CAugust 4, 2014Wonderful wine bar and restaurant. Dine in the bigger of the two rooms at the long communal table.
- dara lynneApril 28, 2013Adorable wine bar with good food and knowledgeable staff! Very reasonable prices, so don't be afraid to try several types of wine with your "tapas" style snacks!
- All the food here is absolutely phenomenal. Try the lamb, octopus, tuna tartare and the lobster risotto. You'll be thankful you did.
- Shane AntonyFebruary 23, 2014So honestly lobster risotto is not that great, despite all the reviews. I would focus more on the small plates including the eggplant with goat cheese, gamberi aglio e olio and the lamb chops.
- The wine picks by Sai are generally amazing. The gnocchi & burrata are extremely well made and tasty.
- Jennifer EwingDecember 25, 2013If you sit at the Bar know that it isn't meant to be a place to have just drinks... It is essentially another communal table where you eat and drink. Luckily the nibbles are good and decently priced.
- JayNovember 24, 2016Pappardelle Cinghiale (slow braised wild boar) is amazing. Soft and tender meat hmmmmm
- Alex PerkinsDecember 10, 2013Wonderful, light food (including hand-made pasta!) with a great selection of wines. Seems good for a lunch or a light dinner.
- Amber RiegDecember 18, 2013If you don't get a seat at the bar, leave. They have arranged make shift seating on the left as you enter where you basically get shoved by everybody that walks in the door.
- Intimate spot for Italian food & wine. Same owners as Cotenna (always rated #1 Italian) and just as good.
- CBS New YorkJune 12, 2015They're serving a special Limoncello Popsicle cocktail and their famed Truffle Mac & Cheese during NYC Cocktail Week (July 13th through the 17th). Read more
- Tamara AccorsiSeptember 24, 2018Amazing original Italian food! Portions are just the rich size and the food is so light and delicious.
- Mikey TJanuary 30, 2014Great small modern Italian plates -- despite the probability of being placed next to girls throwing passive aggressive jabs at each other at the communal table
- Garima KapoorFebruary 19, 2015Definately go for the octopus. Great at recommending wine according to your tastes. Only negative is that it's so small
- The hours listed on foursquare are incorrect. Briciola is also open for lunch and has a great pasta + wine special weekdays until 4pm.
- Sam ScottJanuary 17, 2017The coziest gem in Hell's Kitchen-- space is tight but the wine is wonderful. Dear god, get some pasta.
- CherylFebruary 28, 2013An intimate setting for wine and small Italian dishes. All their dishes are great. Ask for Chad - he's very welcoming and helpful!
- Milos IcevicJanuary 8, 2020I love the concept of commutable tables, but there is little space, when it’s crowded I guess not very comfortable. They do have home made pasta which is nice, but not spectacular food overall.
- Eduardo MessiasNovember 21, 2014X Make your Own Rainbow Platter - chosse 5 small Pilates !!! Dessert: New Tork cheesecake
- Get a seat at the bar, pick a dish and then ask for a wine recommendation. They know their stuff!
- Patrick KanaleyJanuary 24, 2014This place is a Hell's Kitchen gem. The whole menu is solid. Come early though. It tends to get packed.
- Tom WolfsteinDecember 17, 2015A gem in hells kitchen. Meatballs, lamb chops, eggplants, and bolognese were great.
- Everything here is delicious. I love their shrimp with baby artichokes and burrata with prosciutto! Yum!
