The hotel it’s OK, one of the cheapest one inside Disney World and you can get all those extra benefits of the biggest resorts. The room is clean and the bathroom with bath tub is huge and also clean.

The property is being renovated right now. Still a great place to stay. The hotel will be rebranded early next year under the B Hotels and Resorts name.
Roxy MalvJanuary 2, 2017Its a good option for staying pretty close to Disney Spring. The extra fees are a bit high, but shuttles to parks were free, rooms were clean and offers a Disney store for last minute tickets- Do not pay retail for this place, and certainly not worth the added resort fee (~$20) and parking fee ($16 for self-park). The views of the pool from the Chic Rooms on the east side are quite nice.
Good hotel but very bad customer service here, in all aspect very bad customer service. However, hotel location is great, free transportation to attractions & nice lake or pool views

Cassie StanleyMarch 18, 2016Valet people were fairly rude & unhelpful. When parking was full they didn't have a back up plan. Told us to park in 1 place then we had to move shortly after. Inside staff was excellent & courteous.

Actually wifi is free if you type in guest as the username and welcome as the password
Anywhere on Disney property I have been has always charged for Internet I know crazy
Go with rooms in the tower if you want a/c and be prepared to pay for janky Internet
Still at the hotel and wifi is free gotta love free wifi
Fighting their overcharging!! Watch your bills people and your bank account days later!
I've stayed at much nicer hotels, but it isn't the worst place. It needs some renovations bc the room is looking pretty worn.
Christos BacharakisOctober 7, 2017Keep away! The walls are so thin that you can hear everything, they recently painted but they were so sloppy that there is paint everywhere and the ceiling is coming down due to humidity
Front desk staff is awesome. Breakfast buffet is gross and disappointing
Worst. Hotel. Ever. Charges for Internet and "resort fee". Ice maker and hot tub broken. Dirty sheets. Nothing ROYAL about it. Avoid!
One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Days inn has higher standards than this hotel. Don't waste ur money.

Alexandre LuzAugust 15, 2015Hotel está cheio e o ar condicionado do meu quarto não está gelando. Eu reclamei, veio um tecnico mas nao melhorou. Disse que 21 graus é normal. Está muito quente e eles não podem fazer nada! Absurdo
