Very much a chef driven food to table place similar in feel to corner table. I had great cheese, beer, salmon and a rhubarbtart that was to die for. A bit off the beaten path but worth the walk.
Gnocchi was amazing, if it's on the ever changing menu try it out. Sat at the chefs table, enjoyed watching the food come out; would only work with two people for conversation reasons - loved it!
Well-done cocktails made with infused liquors (they're always changing, too), an interesting wine list and craft beers draw guests to the bar. Look for Braise's culinary school to open soon.
The food was amazing! There are so many complex flavors. Everything is fresh and locally sourced, so the menu changes often. Ask your server for details.
Try the Willet whiskey and ask for James as your server. He's extremely knowledgable with the menu and the mastermind behind the craft cocktails. I'm impressed!
