If you're a seafood lover, this should be your #1 visit in BCN. By far the best service you could have in a restaurant. The food is incredible! Try the fresh lobster, cod and sea-bass.

Incredible seafood. I had the paella with lobster (around €50) it was delicious. Quite a pricey restaurant but the quality of the food, the service and the feel of the place reflected it. Recommended!

Definitely best restaurant & seafood place we had over the past 4 days. Three gambas weren't cooked well, but the grilled seafood platter was amazing. Attentive service & an extensive list of cavas.

Best Seafood in the city. Botafumeiro gets busy in the evenings, so book in advance. Then give yourself half an hour for a glass of Cava at the long bar just inside the main entrance. Read more

The second platter of grilled seafood for two people is awesome. Tastes beautiful , wonderfully spiced. Very big for two people, resist the urge to order anything else.

authentic sea food restaurant in Barcelona. Visited by celebrities .Atmosphere is 👍👍.classic paella is very good but make sure to put some lemon over it ( classic paella with prawn and fish only )

All the sea food is really fresh and worth trying it! One of the Best restaurants in Barcelona. Very popular among famous people. Service is perfect and all dishes are delicious.

The Food that was given to us was totally perfect. The serving was fast and excellent. Everyone was smiling. The taste of the foods were substantial. I am really looking forward to come here again

THE BEST paella of my life!!!! And the seafood platter was a plate of ginormous deliciousness too! Tinto Verano was home made unlike other restaurants that just use la casera's bottled ones.

It's a great place. Delicious food and top of the line service. It's more on the high end and not cheap. For two people is enough one starter dish and one paella👍🏻

Great service! Free Wifi. Take as a starter the crab salad with lettuce. Then a 'langoustine' as a main dish. To stay in heaven we choose wild strawberries. Excellent!

Great varieties of seafood offerings, very very fresh. Fantastic service, love the scallop, lobster cocktail & seafood paella. You can observe bunch of cute elderly uncles working as waiters :)

Both sea cucumber, and lobster, paellas are sublime. Seafood platter is a generous mountain of oceanic yumminess. Amazing, fresh, seafood, and subtle flavouring. Recommended.

The price vs quality is average. I found my paella too salty and the spider crab salad too oily... the place was nice and the service was excellent!

Calling a place 'tourist trap' just because there are some tourists-as well as locals- is kinda funny...Botafumeiro has excellent seafood(marisco), the quality of the north, & the service is perfect.

You should try the spider crab. Lobster salad can be a good choice as a starter. Chardonay is the choice for wine. A little bit touristic for Barcelona but worth to come.

I arrived more than. 90mins early for a business booking. They not only accommodated me, but brought jamin iberico, olives and chips to keep me happy whilst waiting. Fantastic service.

The seafood croquettes are delicious here.after reading the paella reviews here, we went for that but it was extremely salty.so salty that I actually had to let the waiter know.

It's a fancy place for rich Russians, you can find much better seafood and fish in the city. It's very hard to spoil dorado and yet they did, the crab was overdone too. A waste of money for sure!

Very nice place, with great food and service. I had paella( good for 2) and crepe suzette for dessert. The waiter, Jose, was very kind.
