Christine FattaApril 11, 2014Hotel very lacking; requires major overhaul to move into the digital age. Upgraded Internet access unreliable. Elevators not just slow; touch screen is unusable and don't try to call room service.

Watch out! They charge you $40 per night if you reserve by debit card. The fee is removed when you check out, but they're very sneaky about it, and it can result in overdraft fees.
Try to get a room on floor 27. Then you can use both sets of elevators.
Allow extra time for the elevators, especially from the upper floors; they take a very long time.

Average hotel. No sauna or steam room which is a standard with most other hotel brands. Lifts are the worst and slowest I have ever experienced.

Don't stay here. Rude management. Room wasn't ready at 7pm! Tons of better options in Copley.
