Although the place looks amazing, the vault cigar bar was a huge dissapointment. No service, dried out cigars and they offered a discount on them while they were broke after the first inhalings
SanDee PriserFebruary 3, 2012A study in contrasts. Bright airy bank lobby but dark rooms. Bathrobes (tiny) & slippers but small towels. Real milk for instant coffee. Bath salts but no conditioner. OK, but not yet a luxury hotel.
