- Really good deal for a gym! Equipment is all new, classes include spinning, yoga, Zumba, & if you go during non-peak hours it's quite easy to get a machine. Peak hrs are harder but not impossible.
- If you're looking to get into fast shape then definitely take the Tuesday 12:30 sculpting class. It's a "get it in and get it done" kinda class and very effective for fat burning.
- They need to improve the ventilation in the cardio room but for the price it's a great gym with all the essentials, free classes are a big plus

- Don't go right after work during peak hours 6-7:30 or so. You'll have to wait for cardio machines and it will be slow working in on the weights. Any other time it's fine for a solid workout.
- If you want a post-workout drink, you can't go wrong with the Skinny Elvis: vanilla protein powder, bananas, and peanut butter.
- Go before 6pm and you will get a treadmill. Go before 8am, and you will get any machine in the weight room
- There are two large studios available to use when classes aren't in session. Great for abs, yoga, stretching, etc.
- Great price and great service. Try to go during "off times" to avoid lines for cardio machines (friday around 6 is dead!)
- Absolutely the best deal in Manhattan... $20 a month for a roomy, clean and modern gym with a friendly staff.
- Great gym. Super cheap, good equipment, lines for cardio arent too bad. It's 15 mins from my house and still prefer it over closer ones
