I had a good time taking pole virgins. The teacher was nice & enthusiastic. We had to share a pole w/ another girl. I hope the other pole virgin classes would teach more spins. Great place to learn.

Took an Intro to pole class with Stella and absolutely loved it! The class consisted of stretches, floor work and intro moves to the pole, and Stella was a great instructor! Would definitely come back
