In a sea of bad Hollywood bars Boardner's is a welcome exception. Bartenders are cool folk and the place is chill. Good for the non-club goer. Good drinks and schlocky movies on the TV screens.

Great mix of old-school vibe and contemporary style. Nice back patio, plenty of TVs and ample seating. A (somewhat) hidden gem in Hollywood.

Decent 18 up goth-lite crowd. $10 cover unless you know Keith. Bouncers pat you down and the head guy is something of a dick, but otherwise has good talent and live bands.
