Avoid the parts centre! I guarantee you there is another site (local or online) that will sell non-custom parts at competitive prices. I.E: $19 spark plugs $45 filters- are you out of your mind BMW?!

What is the point of making an appointment, if service manager is not available for another 35+ minutes? Argh! It did not use to be like this
Make a service appointment and still end up waiting over an hour for a loaner! What's the point of making an appointment? #FAIL
