Taste of Prague: Great coffee in an airy environment. Great machine + selected coffee + great baristas = great coffee. Attracts young crowds. Also some snacks and delicious ice-cream. Sometimes gets crowded.
Taste of Prague: One of the best cappuccinos in town. You can skip the cakes - they's generally bad. Reserving a table is recommended during rush hours. Ask for the vacuum pot. Nice outside seating in the summer.
Taste of Prague: A small, cozy kingdom of Mr Karel, the owner and barista. Don't ask for sugar in your coffee - you won't get it. Great vacuum pot coffee, and Kopi Luwak if you like that. Famous tiramisu.
Taste of Prague: Coffee is roasted on site. Zdenek - one of the best Czech baristas. Nice and relatively large interiors, very local and sometimes busy place. Strong wifi in the front room gets weak in the back.
Taste of Prague: A fairly new, airy place full of light in the Vinohrady district. Great coffee from young, talented baristas. Nice selection of teas, too. Skip the food - it's pretty bad...
Taste of Prague: The second outlet of Muj salek kavy in the Alza computer shop. Very strange place with constant beeps of the counters - like having coffee at an airport. But the best coffee in the area.
Taste of Prague: Small, cute, neighborly bistro and cafe. In addition to Doubleshot coffee, they offer breakfasts, daily soup, salads and sandwiches and something sweet.

Taste of Prague: Like sitting in a cafe in Berlin, but with less hipsters. Great if you love modern design. They offer food/drinks by local food producers, pastries by local foodies and souvenirs by local designers.
Taste of Prague: The owner and the barista are both so nice you want to hug them. They also offer fantastic coffee and cakes by Simply Good. Seating for about six people but you want to hang out. Great atmosphere.
Taste of Prague: A stand-up affair only, this place is really tiny. Our secret tip? Take their coffee to go, buy some kolachees over at Simply Good, sit in the park nearby and just enjoy the moment.
Taste of Prague: Located in a former design furniture shop, LBC is visually striking. Also a barista centre of LaBoheme coffee roasters. That means you will get several roasts directly from the source.
Taste of Prague: Really a showroom of the Coffee Source roasters, and many people here know it simply as “Coffee Source”. Their small, quiet backyard is the place in Prague to get “far from the madding crowds”.
Taste of Prague: Breakfast is the name of the game here. They do good coffee, too (Has Bean the last time we checked). The staff and owners are nice and friendly. A great stop when you are in the area.
Taste of Prague: They roast their own beans (about four to five different roasts). They do both espresso and filters, and also some bagels, sandwiches and small snacks. The interior is minimalist and great for work.
Taste of Prague: The designers of Artbureau, seated in room 412 of the fantastic Elektricke podniky (worth a visit by itself), will make coffee for anyone who bothers to come. Check their website before you go.
