From the wine to beet salad and tuna tartar to scrumptious filet, I enjoyed every minute of the experience. Not too mention it was a spectacular 70 degree night in DC so outdoor seating made it great!

The tuna and steak tartar are mouth watering. The bread melts in your mouth. Try the onion rings, flavorful and huge! And best of all that filet mignon is the juiciest!

The popovers will leave you wondering if you should eat anything else, then you smell the steak... and the burgers are not to be missed! Yes, there is a good chance of running into The First Lady too.

I love Discover 5% cashback. Especially when you're going out to nice places on frequent casual dates, because you go Dutch, get cash from the date and make some serious bank.

The service & staff were GREAT! The mgr even came with 3 others to serve and checked up on us 2x. I was impressed by the fact that someone came by to clear the crumbs from our table on two occasions.

Midday is especially busy, with lawyers and lobbyists sinking into the pale-suede banquettes, but at night the action shifts to the raw bar, where oysters, shrimp, & lobsters glisten in mounds of ice.

The staff was very attentive, but I was disappointed in my steak. I ordered the American Wagyu Ribeye, medium. My first 2-3 cuts didn't even have ANY pink, and the rest of the steak had SOME pink.
